In order to make myself feel better about my online shopping addiction, and to share my very important opinions with you all, I’m starting ‘The Haul’ series! Whether it’s a giant box of Sephora, art supplies from Michael’s, overpriced clothes I have no right to buy, or a huge order of random crap from Amazon, I’m here to share and to hopefully provide some helpful advice and suggestions!
SO. Here are some of the things that I’ve ordered on Amazon in the past month or so…
Disclaimer: This post contains affiliate links, which means that if you choose to take my suggestions and make a purchase, I will make a little money so I can keep up these super cool blog posts. This in no way affects my editorial decisions, which are always genuine recommendations and only products or brands I would purchase myself.
ProsourceFit Acupressure Mat and Pillow Set ($24)
I talked about this acupuncture mat a bit in my 4 Essential, Everyday Self Care Activities blog post, and I am happy to report back that it is just as amazing as I knew it would be. It’s a pretty weird feeling at first, but I quickly got used to it. I usually only use this for 5-10 minutes (15 minutes minimum is recommended) but it does the job. I will usually pull my legs up to my chest (so that my back is flat on the mat) and roll around a little bit to get all the areas of my back that are bothering me. I will also sometimes just use the neck pillow, as my neck is frequently hurting from endless bad-posture hours on the computer. I usually use this mat after using my foam roller to relax my muscles even more!
A quick word of warning to those with sensitive muscles and skin–you’ll probably want to wear a thick sweatshirt or put a blanket in between you and the mat for your first use. It’s a little intense, but you should get used to it after a little bit!
Kitsch Soft Microfiber Towel Scrunchies (2-pack, $14)

I literally cannot rave about these towel scrunchies enough. I was lucky enough to try these scrunchies for free through Stack Influence, and I’m SO glad that I did. I had no idea these things even existed and that I needed them as much as I do.
As a naturally curly girl, drying time is of the essence after getting out of the shower. If my hair air dries too quickly (before blow-drying) it will end up frizzy and kinky. These scrunchies are perfect for throwing my hair up after a shower, when I’m not really ready to blow-dry just yet. I’ll leave my hair in this scrunchie for an hour or so after my shower (while I’m being a busybody doing face masks and dry brushing and other excessive beauty treatments) and when I take it out, my roots are dry and FRIZZ-FREE. It’s seriously the perfect solution.
If I’m not blow-drying that day, I will leave this scrunchie in for a few hours, and when I take it out, my hair is completely dry. I’ve totally given up on the turban life, and I have been using these every single day since I got them! I can’t wait to use these during the summer after swimming, too!
If you want to try these out, you can order from Amazon by clicking the link above, OR you can enter this GIVEAWAY that I am hosting–you’ll have a chance of winning a 2-pack of these along with some other awesome beauty and lifestyle goodies!
SKINKISSED Vitamin C Serum ($34)

It’s no secret that I’m a little obsessed with skincare (specifically serums) right now. For this reason, I was so excited when Skinkissed reached out to me about trying their face serum! I’ve been using it for a few weeks now, and I’m really liking it. It’s so sheer when it goes on and feels nourishing and refreshing! It contains two of my fave things: hyaluronic acid and vitamin C, and not only fights signs of aging, but it helps clear complexion by fighting acne scars and other blemishes. Check out the reviews on Amazon, because the results people have seen are the real deal!
Artizen Lavender Essential Oil ($8)
If you’ve read my 4 Essential, Everyday Self Care Activities blog post, you know that I’m loving essential oils right now! I ordered a variety pack when I was first trying them out with my oil diffuser, and I’ve already finished the bottle of lavender! This was the perfect “refill,” if you will, and it was SO affordable! I love using this in my diffuser at bed-time to relax and unwind before falling asleep.
Mary Ruth’s Organics Ultra Vegan Digestive Food Enzymes ($25)

I am officially a HUGE fan of Mary Ruth’s Organics. With each new product that I try, I like it more and more! These ultra digestive food enzyme supplements are plant based and vegan, and help digest fat, carbs & protein. I love taking these with my breakfast in the morning, especially before modeling gigs for the anti-bloating effects!
I can’t wait to keep trying more of these supplements. My other favorite supplement is the apple cider vinegar gummies, which seriously help with my heartburn/acid reflux. The best part about this brand is that it is super affordable on Amazon.
