In order to make myself feel better about my online shopping addiction, and to share my very important opinions with you all, I’m starting ‘The Haul’ series! Whether it’s a giant box of Sephora, art supplies from Michael’s, overpriced clothes I have no right to buy, or a huge order of random crap from Amazon, I’m here to share and to hopefully provide some helpful advice and suggestions!
SO. Here are some of the things that I’ve ordered on Amazon in the past month or so, and the Amazon Prime Day deals happening today and tomorrow!!

Disclaimer: This post contains a few (not all) affiliate links, which means that if you choose to take my suggestions and make a purchase, I will make a little money so I can keep up these super cool blog posts. This in no way affects my editorial decisions, which are always genuine recommendations and only products or brands I would purchase myself.
Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides Powder ($23)
** Prime Day Deal: $14.99 **
TBH, I used to think that supplement powder was only for before/after workouts to “bulk up.” But after getting the recommendation from my roommate, Whitney, I’m SO glad that I’ve added this to my regular smoothie recipe. The fact that collagen supports healthy skin, hair, and nails is a HUGE plus. I’m totally loving this stuff. It is unflavored but adds some more creaminess to your smoothie!
While I loved this powder, I wanted to try out another brand with bigger tubs/better value–I also wanted to try out protein powder, since I don’t eat a lot of meat and need some more protein in my diet. That being said, I highly recommend Orgain as another option for for nutritional supplements (they have collagen, too). The delivery came just as fast as Amazon, and they often have sales or discounts available!
JOMARTO Nano Ionic Facial Steamer ($20)
** Prime Day Deal: $19.99 **
After purchasing my JOMARTO Ultrasonic Skin Scrubber Face Spatula, I decided that I wanted to amp up my at-home facial regime. The instructions for the spatula tell you to either steam your face beforehand to open up your pores, or to use a warm/wet washcloth on your face. It is much easier to have this steamer continuously running and moistening your face rather than using a washcloth over and over. I LOVE this thing. It heats up so quickly and really does the job when it comes to opening up pores. Also a great option for opening up pores before doing face masks!
E-UNIONA 100 Pcs Jumbo Smoothie Straws ($6)
This was such a silly purchase, but I’m actually kind of in love with these straws. If you read my smoothie cleanse post, you’ll understand why I needed these. I was using regular-sized paper straws before, which were getting absolutely destroyed sitting in my smoothie, and became completely unusable after about 15 minutes. Apologies to the turtles (I do recycle these BTW), but these straws just make my life so much easier (and prettier).
PUMA Women’s Cilia Sneaker
($46)
If you follow me on Instagram, you’ve already seen these sneakers about a hundred times in my posts and stories. And that is for a very good reason–I wear them every single day. I’ve never been a huge sneaker person, but now that I’m running around the city to modeling gigs every day, I needed a better option than the flimsy flats I was wearing (no offense to my mules & slides, I still love you). These sneaks are SO comfortable and SO cute. They literally go with everything, and while I’m just a tiny bit embarrassed to have hopped on the chunky sneaker trend, I can confidently say it was a great decision. (And to those of you who are wondering, yes, your mom wore these in 2001 and they are back.)
If the chunky mom/nurse look isn’t for you, here are some other options for white sneaks:
URPOWER 500ml Essential Oil Diffuser, Cool Mist Humidifier ($23)
** Prime Day Deal: $19.19 **

In my August Amazon Haul post, I expressed my disappointment in the cute, portable humidifier that I got, so here’s the replacement. If I had to rate it, I’d probably give it a 6 out of 10…
Pros: pretty cute/inconspicuous, works as described, great for oil diffusing, lots of colored light options (if that’s your jam), easy to clean.
Cons: pretty loud (like water sloshing next to my ear throughout the night), have to unplug the entire thing to fill it up or clean it, usually doesn’t last through the entire night, leaks occasionally.
I guess it’s been a love/hate roller coaster relationship with this thing, but I’m keeping it for now. My room kind of feels like a spa-like sanctuary with it on, and that’s something I certainly need in my life. Read more about this and other self care activities I’m loving right now in “4 Essential, Everyday Self Care Activities For Busy People.”
Here are some more options:
- Ultimate Maple Bluetooth Oil Diffuser ($40)
- Mini Maple Oil Diffuser ($24)
- Mysto Marble Ultrasonic Essential Oil Diffuser ($20, marked down from $40 right now!)
Lagunamoon Essential Oils Top 6 Set ($10)
This was an essential (hehe, get it?) purchase alongside my new humidifier. I’ve been totally loving these 6 oils. They each have different benefits, but I especially love the relaxing lavender for bedtime! (If you don’t know anything about essential oils, click here for a brief explanation.) These could easily be a giant myth, but in that case, it’s a myth that smells great, so I’m digging it. Other essential oil options to try out:
- (if you don’t want to buy a diffuser) Essential Oil Rollerball Collection ($30)
- Top 16 Essential Oils Set ($30)
- Top 6 Essential Oils Set ($15)
IPL Permanent Laser Hair Removal System ($89)
** Prime Day Deal: $65.99 **
I’m soooo excited about this product, but since it’s a long-term effects kind of thing, I’ll have to dedicate a future post to it and update you all on the results! Without getting totally TMI, I’ve been modeling lingerie and swimwear more, which means I need to frequently be (what the industry calls) “bikini ready.” I got professional laser hair removal in the past and loved it, so I figured I’d give this a shot. I’m doing all my other beauty treatments at home, so why not this one! My friend, Emma loves her at-home laser device, so I have big expectations! It doesn’t hurt as much as professional laser, but it still definitely feels like it’s doing something! (And yes, if you were wondering, you have to wear the super-cool sunglasses when doing this.)
**Quick Update: It’s been 2 weeks since I wrote that^ and I’m already seeing results! My hair is growing back slower and thinner already–this thing really works!

Opard Stainless Steel Water Bottle ($20)
** Prime Day Deal: $13.59 **
So, I didn’t realize this was a total knock-off of a Hydroflask until I saw them side-by-side (and my little brother called me out), but guess what? Knock-offs are the best. This was only $20 and it does all the same things that Hydroflask claims to. My water stays cold for literally over 5 hours, and it doesn’t leak at all! The only downside to this that I noticed is that it is relatively heavy. But that’s the price you pay for the insulation, right? Anyway, I’m in love with the color I chose, and they have sooo many color options. I definitely recommend this water bottle as a cheaper alternative to a Hydroflask!!
I love the straw function, but if that’s not for you, S’Well water bottles are pretty awesome, as well. You can get these at Nordstrom OR a knock-off version at Macy’s 😉
